1. Catch is a convenience, not a vault.
Catch helps you capture and organize everyday information by text and on the web. It is not designed or certified for secrets, emergencies, permanent archives, or regulated information.
2. Please don’t Catch sensitive stuff.
Do not store passwords, authentication codes, Social Security or government identification numbers, payment-card or bank information, medical records, protected health information, confidential client or employer information, trade secrets, or anything whose exposure, loss, or delay could cause serious harm. SMS and MMS travel through phone carriers and other service providers. You decide what to send and accept the risks of doing so.
3. Your Catches are your responsibility.
You are responsible for your content, the legality and accuracy of what you submit, who you invite to shared Stacks, the actions collaborators take, and maintaining separate copies of anything important. Do not rely on Catch as your only backup or system of record. You represent that you have the right to submit and share your content.
4. Things may occasionally fly away.
Catch may change, pause, lose data, deliver messages late, route something incorrectly, or stop working altogether. Features—including SMS/MMS capture, link previews, notifications, sharing, and storage—depend on third parties and are not guaranteed. We may modify or discontinue any part of Catch at any time.
5. Use Catch like a decent human.
Do not use Catch unlawfully; to harass, threaten, deceive, spam, or harm anyone; to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; to distribute malware; to probe or disrupt the service; or to access another person’s account or content without permission. You must be at least 18 years old to use Catch.
6. Your content stays yours.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Catch and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, display, and otherwise handle it only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Shared content can be viewed and changed by people you authorize according to their role.
7. No warranties.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATCH IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED.
8. Limits on liability.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATCH, JUXT MARKETING, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR DATA; PERSONAL INJURY; OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE CATCH, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE. THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CATCH DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. You accept the risk—and cover your messes.
You assume responsibility for your use of Catch and its results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Catch, Juxt Marketing, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of Catch, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
10. Accounts and access.
Access is personal and may be suspended or ended at any time, including for misuse, risk, inactivity, or operational reasons. You are responsible for controlling access to your phone number and device. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
11. Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms as Catch evolves. If we make a material change, we may require you to accept the new version before continuing. Your acceptance applies from the version and date shown here.
12. The sensible legal leftovers.
These Terms are the entire agreement about your use of Catch. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them with the service. Contact us at somethingbroke@juxtmarketing.com with questions or account concerns.
Effective August 26, 2026. These Terms are a practical operating draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for your business and jurisdiction.
